This is a retreat that is focused on sadhana; come prepared to work hard and experience purification and transformation.
Sunday to Thursday, mornings will begin at 6.30am with Mysore-style practice. Mysore is the traditional format for learning Ashtanga, and absolute beginners to more experienced students will be welcome in the class. On Friday mornings there will be a Led Primary class, set to the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count.
Each week will offer 4 afternoon workshops on ideas, techniques and exercises to help you deepen your Ashtanga practice. The workshops will be as follows:
