Join Jelena Vesić and David Robson for a series of 6 interactive classes focused on dropping back and standing back up from Urdhva Dhanurasana. During each 45-minute livestream session we will provide different exercises and techniques that will not only help you safely develop and deepen your backbends, but also to overcome the fear of dropping back.
