Proper yoga alignment is important to protect the body from injury, and also to correctly direct change in the body. During each of these 10 x 1-hour livestream sessions, we will explore one key asana from the Ashtanga yoga practice. Each session will offer an in-depth look into the conditions and work involved in each posture, plus you will have the opportunity to ask any questions as well.
By the end of this course you will have:
- A strong understanding of correct alignment for the key fundamental asanas
- An awareness of what improper movements in the body feel like and how to adjust for a safe long-term practice.
- Obtained the knowledge to feel confident in your home practice and/or in studio
